Aisha Dukule is a Press Officer at Friends of the Earth, where she manages external communications and rapid response for the organization’s campaign teams. Before joining Friends of the Earth, Aisha worked at Adam Smith International in Liberia, West Africa and at Global Strategy Group in DC. While in West Africa, Aisha managed a political campaign communications during the 2017 Liberian election. She later focused on development and agriculture, working with farmers and at-risk communities. Born in Liberia and raised in Baltimore, Aisha holds an MA in International Relations from Queen Mary University of London and a BA in Communications from Marymount University. Her writing and content have been published and featured in The Daily Observer, Face2Face Africa, BBC Radio, and Forbes Magazine among others. When not championing causes at FOE, she loves writing fiction and catching local jazz shows.
