Joint Letter on Google Disinformation Policy

In 2021, Google promised they would support climate science and not monetize climate disinformation networks through its advertising program. But Friends of the Earth and our many partners in the Climate Action Against Disinformation coalition have uncovered evidence that this policy is not being adequately enforced.

Friends of the Earth, Kairos and 10 other organizations sent a letter, along with 41,000 signatures from individual advocates from FOE and other groups, demanding Google put the future of the planet before their short-term profits.  Read the letter aquí.
