Benjamin Day is a Senior Campaigner on FOE’s Climate & Energy Justice team. Ben’s work focuses on preventing the U.S. from pursuing climate geoengineering, which is a dangerous distraction from the need to urgently and equitably reduce our greenhouse gas emissions. Ben has two decades of organizing experience, previously serving as the Executive Director of Healthcare-NOW, the national Medicare for All coalition. Ben has a Master’s degree from the University of Sussex in England, and lives in the Boston area with his wife Jenny and their dog Koda. Ben loves working with his hands, from baking bread every week, to building furniture and cabinets, and brewing mouth-scalding hot sauces.
