Jase Hatcher (she/her) is the Senior Oceans Campaigner- Shipping, leading FoE’s Arctic conservation efforts (domestically and internationally) and working with Indigenous partners to achieve tangible results in a region rapidly changing due to climate change. Master’s qualified through the United Nations Institute for Training and Research, Jase has 10+ years of global experience cultivating initiatives that champion the rights and dignity of historically excluded communities and hold institutions, governments, and corporations to account. Before joining FOE, Jase spearheaded policy and programming centered on immigrant rights, worker organizing, and strengthening child labor protections, and is a 2024 Asia Pacific Leadership Program fellow through the East-West Center. In her spare time, you can find her happily getting lost in a book, on a trail, or in a daydream.
