Kelly McNamara is a senior research and policy analyst in the International Climate and Agriculture Finance Program. Her work involves collaborating with teams across FOE and broader coalitions of NGOs from the Global North and South to help direct institutional capital away from industrial animal agriculture and toward environmentally and socially sustainable food production. Prior to joining Friends of the Earth, Kelly worked as a business researcher and writer at Harvard Business School and EY and as an advisor and research fellow at industrialized animal agriculture-focused NGOs including The Humane League and Pivot Food Investment. Kelly holds a BA in philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania and an MPhil in philosophy from Cambridge University. When she is not working, Kelly may be found reading the works of writers she admires or taking leisurely walks with her Maltese, Tortilla.
