Sarah is the Grant Manager working with Friends of the Earth’s development team. She works directly with the grant writer and all team members to orchestrate grant applications, reporting, foundation outreach, and more. Previously, Sarah worked with the New Mexico Department of Agriculture as an online marketing specialist and grant administrator for the USDA’s Specialty Crop Block Grant Program. She worked directly with agricultural research initiatives and small businesses throughout the state of New Mexico. She holds an M.A. in Technical Communication, a B.A. in English, and a B.S. in Agricultural Science. In her spare time Sarah enjoys gardening, reading any book she can get her hands on, power lifting, and traveling.
